Paralegal & Office Manager

Crystal H. Ross serves as the Office Manager, Senior Paralegal, and Marketing Director at Fussell & Colligan. She has worked directly with attorney, Lucas Colligan since 2012 and joined the firm with him at its opening. Crystal is the first point of contact for clients, managing everything from incoming calls to in-office visits and she remains the central communication hub throughout each client’s case.


Before beginning her legal career, Crystal worked in the food service industry for many years, later held a management position with a local restaurant and ultimately transferred to office work with LHC Group in Lafayette where she served as an Executive Assistant. Those experiences shaped her passion for serving others and meeting people from all walks of life. She enjoys leading community service projects, especially those she can create, coordinate, and bring to life herself. Her work style is friendly, client-focused, and centered on exceeding expectations. Clients and colleagues often describe her as highly approachable, detail-oriented, and consistently going above and beyond.

Crystal was born and raised in Vermilion Parish and has lived in Lafayette Parish throughout her adult life. She is married with two adult children and enjoys LSU football, Christmas time, crafting, and sharing her life with family and friends. Known for never meeting a stranger, Crystal values people and has a genuine interest in their stories and experiences.
